Dear Team,
It’s been my first week with the team and what a week it has been. We had a fantastic strategy session and people gave commitments with boldness. And some are making it good already.
But quite a number are nowhere near their commitments. Fortunately, there is still one more week to go. What is the value of one week? What can be done in one week?
In one week, God created the heaven and the earth and all that is in it- including man. That’s huge. The stars, the moon, the sun, trees, all animals, the various type of fishes, flora and fauna in one week and even took a day off to rest. How did He do it? I think I have an idea.
Don't run around without a plan. Strategy is better than energy. Avoid distractions. Always have the goal in mind. Share on X1. Consistency
He did something every day. He
didn’t do everything at once. Make each day count and don’t just count the days. Do something that makes you get closer to your targets. Break it down to achievable bits.
2. Focus
Don’t run around without a plan. Strategy is better than energy. Avoid distractions. Always have the goal in mind.
3. Review
On a daily basis, God stepped back to review what He did and it was good. Review. Your daily reports from your team. Don’t gloss over any information.
4. Teamwork
God said, “Let us make”. It is “us” and not “I”. A team will always do better than an individual. Leverage on one another. Go out on calls in twos. Don’t allow anyone to visit a customer alone. What one forgets, another may remember.
As you take your rest this weekend, remember that you can meet your commitments in one week. You can create your own world in seven days.
